Direct oversee land/building acquisitions, leasing, permitting and regulatory compliance for wireless cellular telecommunication installations and ensures that assigned work schedules follow timeline. Evaluate current procedure and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects. Serve as a point of contact for the community and/or governmental agencies. Contract  negotiation and contract management with clients, vendors and service providers. Identify and acquire primary and alternate real estate sites within search ring for wireless tower/antenna placement, work close with RF, architects and engineering firms, coordinate title searches, organized site walks, surveys and drive tests, negotiate lease agreements and co-locations. Research and interpret municipal codes and ordinances, prepare preliminary zoning analyses to determine permitting timeline, coordinate with RF Eng., and team members throughout the development process. Research and obtain all information regarding all applicable planning, zoning codes and regulations affecting site development, obtain zoning approvals and maintain database and site files.
